Warranty Agreement for Loader Export Products

During the warranty period, Linyi Xinchen Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Linyi Xinchen) is responsible for the warranty of the products, that is, any malfunction of the loader will be solved by replacing parts. Linyi Xinchen shall not be liable for any liability not explicitly stated in this Product Warranty Agreement (including economic or other losses caused by equipment malfunctions), and shall not be liable for any damages or damages arising therefrom

Under legal circumstances, Linyi Xinchen has the final interpretation right of this Product Warranty Agreement.

1Product warranty period standard

1.1 Whole machine warranty standard: Under normal use in strict accordance with the product's operating manual, the warranty period of the loader standard is 12 months from the date of product delivery

Or 1000 working hours, whichever comes first. Except for the special warranty period for some parts, the following are the special warranty periods for some parts of the product:

1.2 Explanation of Product Warranty Period

1.2.1 The warranty period date and working hours, whichever comes first, shall prevail.

1.2.2 The starting date of the warranty period for the above accessories shall be consistent with the starting date of the warranty period for the host. Working hours refer to the cumulative operating time of the product (working hours refer to the normal reading of the timer).

IIScope of warranty liability

2.1 The scope of warranty responsibility is to repair equipment defects or malfunctions related to materials and manufacturing processes during the warranty period. Linyi Xinchen will provide free product accessories.

2.2 Explanation of warranty liability scope:

2.2.1 Faults within the scope of warranty liability can be repaired, new, or remanufactured parts; We will replace the parts that Linyi Xinchen deems technically irreparable free of charge.

2.2.2 The replacement of parts caused by faults within the scope of warranty responsibility shall also be covered by warranty. The warranty period of the replaced parts shall be consistent with the warranty period of the entire machine and shall end with the end of the warranty period of the entire machine.

2.2.3 Charging for accessories outside the scope of warranty responsibility.

3、 Not within the scope of warranty liability

For the following situations, even within the product warranty period, they do not fall within the scope of warranty liability:

3.1 Products without a certificate of conformity, certificates that do not match the product, no purchase invoice, returned warranty old parts that do not match the original product records, and fraudulent behavior in warranty parts.

3.2 Damage or defects caused by improper use or storage, negligence, or failure to maintain and operate the product in accordance with the operating instructions.

3.3 Damage or defects caused by the use of parts not provided by Linyi Xinchen without written confirmation from Linyi Xinchen.

3.4 Without written confirmation from Linyi Xinchen, dismantling, modifying, or adding accessories to products or components, resulting in changes or failures in machine performance.

3.5 Minor malfunctions that generally do not affect product stability, reliability, and performance.

3.6 Routine maintenance of products, such as engine cleaning, radiator cleaning, replacement of consumables, lubrication of the entire product, and brake debugging.

3.7 Damage or defects caused by others, accidents, natural disasters, or force majeure.

4.1 Refusing to use the maintenance parts provided by Linyi Xinchen, Linyi Xinchen has the right to terminate all subsequent after-sales services from the date of discovery.

4.2 After receiving the product, if the product malfunctions but does not affect its use or can be repaired or repaired even if it affects its use, Linyi Xinchen will not accept the request for return or replacement.

4.3 Linyi Xinchen only bears the cost of warranty spare parts, and any other indirect costs or losses caused by product failures are not within the scope of Linyi Xinchen's warranty, including auxiliary equipment required for product maintenance

Equipment rental fees and venue fees, as well as downtime losses caused by equipment malfunctions.

4.4 Linyi Xinchen is responsible for shipping the warranty spare parts to the domestic ports designated by the customer (including inland ports) and bearing the transportation costs incurred as a result. However, the cost of warranty spare parts incurred thereafter shall be borne by the customer, including but not limited to taxes, import customs clearance fees, and domestic transportation fees.

4.5 This Product Warranty Agreement supersedes any other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and suitability for specific purposes or environments.

4.6 If you believe that the product malfunction is caused by defects in materials or manufacturing, you should contact Linyi Xinchen within 30 days of discovering the malfunction and provide proof of product ownership and purchase

Proof of purchase and delivery dates, as well as records of product operating hours, shall be deemed as waiver.
